The cottage is situated on a hillside at Larkhall Burn, a short walk from restaurants, pubs and shops in the pleasant little town of Jedburgh.
The accommodation consists of sitting/dining room, kitchen, bathroom and two bedrooms; one with a king-size double bed, the other has twin beds.
The sitting/dining room has a television, DVD player and CD player.
The kitchen is fully equipped including microwave and dishwasher. All towels, bed-linen, heating and electricity are included.
The town has a public swimming pool and fitness centre. Nearby is a golf course and golf range as well as riding stables.
A few miles out of town to the south is Jedforest Deer Park and north is Harestanes Country Park, both suitable for younger children.

Jedburgh has several excellent restaurants, cafes, pubs and take-aways.
For self-catering the High Street has a bakery and butcher specialising in locally produced meat. There is also a well-stocked Cooperative supermarket and a convenience store.
